Should you have already reserved a room, please remember that prepayment of the bookings is required at the time of reservation. In case of cancellation prior to 30 September 2008, the booking will be refunded minus one night's cost of accommodation B&B. In case of cancellation from 01 October 2008 onwards or no-show, there will be no refund. Cancellation will only be accepted in writing by fax or email to the hotel where the booking was made.

CYPRUS
Travelling Documents
Travelling to Cyprus is very easy. The documentation required varies, depending on your nationality. A valid passport is required for a stay of up to 90 days for all tourists except citizens of European Union countries, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway who may enter Cyprus with their national identity card provided it bears a photo. Some non-EU third country nationals require a visa. Further detailed information can be obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Languages
Greek and Turkish are the official languages of Cyprus, but English is also often used as a second language and widely understood by both ethnic groups. and widely understood by both ethnic groups.
Currency
Since 1/1/2008 the currency of Cyprus is the Euro.
Climate
Cyprus enjoys an intense Mediterranean climate of hot dry summers starting in mid-May and lasting until mid-September and rainy, quite mild winters from November to mid-March. Spring and autumn are effectively short intervals in between, characterised by smooth weather. With almost year-round clear skies and sunshine, daylight length ranges from 9.8 hours in December to 14.5 hours in June.
Traffic
They drive on the left in Cyprus. There is a considerably light traffic on the main roads. Only during the rush hours you may experience some dense traffic in town centres.
