The Congress Centre is situated in the city centre and very close to the main hotels, the railway station (100 m.), the port passenger terminal (200 m.) and the Rambla Nova (100 m), centre of commercial activities.

The Congress Centre is a singular building thanks to its wall of natural rock and its global architecture, inspired to the Roman monuments of the city.
The Congress Centre mixes classical aesthetics with modernity of installations. Its meeting rooms include two auditoria, exhibition facilities and various lounges well equipped.

You can reach Tarragona:
By Air
Costa Daurada Reus Airport (15 minutes to city centre) by bus.
Barcelona Airport (60 minutes to city centre) by bus.

Once at the Barcelona Airport, please take a bus to Tarragona as follows (about 1 hour):

1 - Ràpid Aeroport (Alsa)
Barcelona to Tarragona through Figueres, Girona, Lleida, Reus, Port Aventura

Madrid - Camp de Tarragona Station (about 2,50 hours)
Barcelona – Tarragona (about 60 minutes)

By car
From Barcelona: Follow the A-16 from Barcelona to Tarragona  going south.
From Valéncia: Follow the AP-7 going north to Tarragona-Barcelona.
From Madrid: Follow the A-2: going east and passing Saragossa, then Lleida to Tarragona .

OPENING HOURS
The Secretariat will be open starting from Friday, October 10 to Tuesday, October 14 from 07.30  to 19.00

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
The official language of the course is English.
No translation will be provided.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the Course, after returning all the Questionnaires provided by the Organizing Secretariat.
The UEMS Certification, as well as the Examination results,  will be sent by e-mail after the course.

INSURANCE
The Organizing Secretariat won’t be held responsible for any loss, accident and damage that might occur during the course and travelling: participants are recommended to insure against these events.
