How to get registered
Those who wish to participate in the ESNR 2009 Congress are requested to
process their online registration.
Payment
Payment should be made by one of the following methods:
- By Bank Transfer (to be issued before processing the online registration) to AIM Group - AIM Congress
Bank details: Intesa San Paolo, Filiale di Milano n. 31 - Viale Papiniano n. 48, 20123 Milan, Italy. IBAN IT16H0306901633100000001216 - BIC BCITITMM.
The payment transfer form should clearly state the name(s) of the delegate(s)
and should clearly state the reference "ESNR 2009".
- By Credit Card, on-line, a security certificate mode"Verisign" and "SSB" is available.
Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Registration for the events
that are included in the registration fee must also be marked on the form, in
order to obtain a ticket.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to
AIM Group - AIM Congress. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until July
31, 2009, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a 30% administrative
charge. For cancellations made after July 31, 2009, no refund can be made
ALL POSSIBLE REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE CONGRESS,
WITHIN 60 DAYS.
Changes
Alterations to your registration will only be accepted in writing.
Invitation letter for VISA requirements
All foreign visitors entering Greece must possess a valid passport, except those
from European Union Member Countries. Participants should check with their
travel agents, Greek consulate offices or diplomatic missions in their own
countries whether or not visas are required or visit the web site of the Greek
Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and
authorisation to attend the Congress should proceed directly through congress website inserting username and ID and click on Visa letter.
