June 29, 2009 - After this date room reservation cannot be guaranteed

How to Make a Hotel Reservation
ON LINE reservation is suitable on this website.
As an alternative please read and fill in carefully instructions on the Hotel Reservation Form
Make sure you have your reservation done by June 29, 2009. After that date rooms will not be guaranteed. A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation. 
Payment of the agency reservation fee of € 20,00 is mandatory. Bookings without reservation fee will not be accepted.

Important Note
Rooms will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rates
The following rates are per room per night, inclusive of breakfast, 10% VAT and taxes and are valid at the moment of printing.

Guarantee/Payment of Hotel Reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
A reservation fee of Euro 20,00 (VAT 20% included; non refundable fee) will be charged on the credit card upon confirmation of the booking.
AIM Congress – AIM Group will issue an invoice for the charged amount.
The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation but no further cost will be charged on it.
No reservation will be confirmed without garantee.
Please do not send any payment to the hotel.
All room charges (room, mini-bar, telephone charges, room services etc.) MUST be settled directly with the hotel at check out.

Cancellation Policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Congress – AIM Group which reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

• In case of cancellation within June 08, 2009
Only the reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be kept

• In case of cancellation within June 29, 2009
1 night accommodation will be charged

• In case of cancellation after June 29, 2009 or no-show
100% of the foreseen accommodation will be charged.

Registration and Hotel Accommodation for Groups/Delegations:
The Organizing Secretariat AIM Congress – AIM Group is available to support the Sponsors with the stay of their delegates.
