To register, please use exclusively our online registration procedure

After receipt of payment you will receive a written confirmation of your registration from the Organizing Secretariat. Money transfers can be accepted until August 10, 2009. Later payments have to be done on-site at the congress registration desk.

* Students/young scientists under 30 are eligible when presenting an official confirmation of enrolment in a scientific institution

The Full Participation includes: admission to all scientific events, light lunches on August 31, September 1 and 2, the opening and closing ceremony, the Welcome Cocktail and Get-Together Party on Sunday, the Garden Party on Monday and the Congress Dinner on Wednesday.
The registration fee for Accompanying Persons includes: the opening and closing ceremony, the Get-together Party on Sunday, the Reception on Monday.

The registration fees do not include accommodation and travel costs.

Sightseeing for Accompanying persons

Although the Congress has not forseen pre-organized tours or excursions, you will have the opportunity to evaluate some customized proposals of guided walking tours: the Cultural Association EOS (www.eoscultura.it), based in Rome,whose scope is the promotion of cultural and artistic knowledge, will be present at theWC7 Secretariat Desk and will offer a selection of sightseeing tours guided by archeologists or art historians. Detailed programme will be available at the EOS desk, but you can already have a look by clicking here. Should you be interested in organizing something before the congress or send already a pre-confirmation of participation, you may use this form.

Travel Grants for students and scientists from emerging countries
Students and young scientists from emerging countries may apply for travel grants which have generously been donated by the sponsors. Travel grants (covering registration fee, hotel accommodation and travel expenses) will be awarded by the Steering Committee depending on the decision of the acceptance of an abstract.

Cancellation
Cancellations have to be made to AIM Group - AIM Congress in writing only.
In the event of cancellation before June 30, 2009, the registration fees shall be refunded after deduction of a handling charge of € 60,00 per person.
In the event of cancellation after June 30, 2009, 50% of the registration fees will be refunded. Fees can no longer be refunded in the event of cancellation after July 31, 2009.
