Prices are for night, including breakfast and V.A.T. If the price for double single use room is not specified, rooms are on request.
Participants can book rooms downloading the Reservation Form (.pdf), returning it fully filled by regular e-mail or fax.
Make sure to have your reservation done by September 24, 2010. After this date, rooms will not be guaranteed. A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation.
Guarantee/payment of hotel reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.
The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation and it will be charged only in case of no-show or cancellation as explained here below but no further cost will be charged on it.
The payment of the total foreseen will be requested by the hotel upon check-out. The hotel will issue an invoice directly upon payment.
Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent to AIM Congress. AIM Congress reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:
- Within September 20, 2010 one night accommodation will be charged
- After September 20, 2010 and no show 100% of the foreseen total will be charged
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservations will be automatically cancelled.
Please Note
Rooms at the various hotels will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis.
Should single rooms not be available, double rooms for single occupancy will be assigned.
AIM Group - AIM DMC reserves the right to book another hotel, should the requested accommodation be fully booked.
