Each participant must guarantee accommodation by credit card  and  will settle the bill entirely with the Hotel directly at the check out.

CANCELLATION
Alterations to your registration will only be accepted if addressed in writing to the Organizing Secretariat before the deadline above indicated.

Regretfully, cancellations after the deadline, will not be entitled to any refund.
