REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Requests to participate in the Course are usually more than the available places: early registration is highly recommended.

Congress Fees (VAT included)

The registration fee for delegates includes:
Admission to the Scientific Sessions and to the Interventional and Diagnostic Workshops, Lunch & Coffee Break from Friday, March 19  to Tuesday, March 23, Congress Kit, all Social Activities (Welcome Cocktail, Farewell Dinner and Sunday Activity), CME credits

Confirmation of your registration and payment
A confirmation letter and the invoice for the Course will be sent only after receiving official confirmation of full payment. Registration fee must be paid in advance

FEE CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
A reimbursement of 50% will be paid for cancellations received in writing by the Organizing Secretariat before February 20, 2010. After that date cancellations will not be entitled to any refund.
All refunds will be made after the course.

INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA REQUIREMENTS
Please write to the Organizing Secretariat in order to receive copy of the visa letter.
