The registration fee includes:
- admission to the scientific sessions,
- syllabus,
- entrance to the exhibition,
- lunches & coffee breaks,
- welcome cocktail,
- social dinner
- Italian CME and UEMS credits. 

*Letter confirming status is required. Residents/Fellows fee does not include social dinner.

Those who wish to participate in the ECPR Course are requested to process their on-line registration

Payment
Payment should be made by one of the following methods:

Confirmation of your registration and payment
A confirmation letter and the invoice for the Course will be sent only after receiving official confirmation of full payment. Registration fee must be paid in advance.

Fee cancellation and changes
A reimbursement of 50% will be paid for cancellations received in writing by the Organizing Secretariat before September 20, 2010. After that date cancellations will not be entitled to any refund.
All refunds will be made after the course.

Invitation letter for VISA requirements
Please write to the Organizing Secretariat in order to receive copy of the visa letter.

Social programme
Welcome Cocktail on Wednesday 3rd November hrs. 19.00 in the Course Venue.
Social Dinner on Thursday 4th November hrs. 20.30 in the Terrace of the Grand Hotel Baglioni, Piazza Unità Italiana 6, Firenze, Italy.
Transfer for the Social Dinner at hrs. 20.00 from the Course Venue.
