How to make a hotel reservation
A List of Conference Hotels, terms and conditions of booking as well as an on-line reservation service link to the AIM Group agency will be suitable on Internet.

As an alternative, please download the Hotel Reservation Form (.pdf), to be returned fully filled in by regular e-mail or by fax to:

Make sure to have your reservation done by November 19, 2010. After this date, rooms will not be guaranteed. A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation.
AIM Dmc will be at your disposal for any information on hotel reservations.

Guarantee/payment of hotel reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card. A reservation fee of Euro 20,00 (VAT 20% included) will be charged on the credit card upon confirmation of the booking.
AIM Dmc will issue an invoice for the charged reservation fee.
The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation but no further cost will be charged on it.
The payment of the total foreseen will be requested by the hotel upon check-out. The hotel will issue an invoice directly upon payment.

Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Dmc. AIM Dmc reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

Within October 29, 2010 > only the reservation fee (Euro 20,00) will be kept.
Within November 19, 2010 > one night accommodation will be charged.
After November 19, 2010 > 100% of the forseen total amount will be charged.

Please note
Rooms at the various hotels will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis.
Should single rooms not be available, double rooms for single occupancy will be assigned. AIM Group - AIM Dmc reserves the right to book another hotel, should the requested accommodation be fully booked.

Arrival and departure
Should booking dates not be indicated on the Hotel Reservation Form, we shall presume arrival on November 30 and departure on December 3, 2010.
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservations will be automatically cancelled.
