Registration Fees

Early registration fee
Before September 30, 2010                 € 800,00 (20%Vat included)

Late registration fee
Before November 15, 2010                  € 900,00 (20%Vat included)

On-site registration fee

The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
> entry to all Scientific Sessions and Exhibition Area
> admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
> participation in one Luncheon Panel per day
> scientific material
> abstract book

Individual Registration

The individual registration procedure is possible through:

Group Registration
The group registration procedure is offered when the number of participants reaches the minimum of 20 individuals.

An “on line” registration form with payment by credit card in security certificate mode “veriSign” and “SSB”.

REGISTRATION WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY THE TOTAL PAYMENT.
THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WILL BE SENT BY E-MAIL. PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS.

Name changes
After November 3, 2010 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged a handling fee of € 150,00 (VAT 20% included) per name change.
A new registration form for each replaced participant will be required before the name change can be processed. Individuals may effect name changes only in exceptional cases. Written permission from the original participants is required in order to process an individual name change.

Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent by writing to the Operating Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until October 29, 2010 with a refund of all paid fees, except for a 30% administrative charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.

Cancellation on/before
