The registration includes:

If you prefer not to register on line you can download the registration form and send it by mail or fax to the Organizing Secretariat not later than 20th February 2010.
On site new registration does not necessary entitle the participants to receive all congress material, that will be available in limited quantity accordingly with pre-registrations received.

How to reach Florence
Florence can be reached from the main cities of Europe and Mediterranean countries by train, car and plane.
By Plane
Florence International Airport “Amerigo Vespucci” (connected to the main European cities) .
It is located 4 km (2,5 miles) from Florence and it can be reaches by taxi in 20 minutes or by shuttle service bus Vola in Bus, a special connection service from/to Vespucci Airport to/from Santa Maria Novella train station, jointly run by ATAF and SITA bus companies.
Pisa International Airport “Galileo Galilei” (connected to the main European cities) .
It is located in Pisa 60 km (38 miles) from Florence and it can be reached in 1 hour by train from Santa Maria Novella train station: three trains every hour from Pisa Centrale and Pisa Airport from 6,00 am to 10,00 pm.
By Car
An efficient motorway network connects Florence to the rest of Italy and Europe. The Palazzo dei Congressi is just 4 km (2,5 miles) from the main Italian motorway (the A1: Autostrada del Sole-exit Firenze Nord).
Two large parking areas, for 600 and 800 cars, respectively, are just 100 metres away; another parking area for 400 cars can be reached by bus.
By Train
There are 3 main train stations in Florence:
Santa Maria Novella Central Station located at 80 metres from Palazzo dei Congressi; Rifredi station located at around 2 km (1,2 miles) and Campo di Marte station located at 1,5 km (1 mile).
Public Transportation
All town buses stops in Piazza Stazione (Santa Maria Novella train Station) and therefore they are reachable by walk from Palazzo dei Congressi in 5 minutes.
Visa
Every person entering Italy should be in possession of a valid passport and/or identification card. Some countries require VISA. All foreigners intending to enter Italy must provide the documentation required to justify the reasons and duration of their stay as well as, in some prescribed cases, the availability of adequate economic means and lodging. In some cases a VISA is needed. VISA application can be made at the Italian Diplomatic and Consular Representations in your country of residence.
You can check on www.esteri.it to find out whether, depending on your citizenship, country of long-term residence and the duration and reasons of your stay, you need a VISA to enter Italy.
