Call for Abstract
Persons wishing to make presentations at contributed sessions should submit an abstract of about 250 words. Abstract should be submitted electronically through the ON-LINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION SERVICES by February 15, 2010.
Abstract received by fax will not be considered: should you have any problems with the online submission please contact the Organizing Secretariat at the following email seas2010@aimgroup.it.
The presenting author of an accepted abstract must be registered and must attend the Congress.
Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the e-mail address stated under section “Personal details”.
The corresponding author will receive by February 18th 2010 all the correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
The proposal should include the following information:

Name, institutional affiliation, city and country of each author; |

Name of presenter – preferred mode of presentation (oral or poster); |

Title of presentation; |
| • |
Topic area (to be chosen among the abstract ‘s categories available); |

Abstract must not exceed 2.500 characters including spaces (about 250 words) an must be in English; |

The abstract should state clearly the Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusions; |

Tables, chart, or other graphics should not be included and may be deleted by the editors; |
| • |
It’s author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any error in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author; |

Please carefully follow the instruction reported in the online pages and fill in all the requested fields in order to guarantee a correct and complete publications of the text; |

Changes to abstracts can only be accepted until 18th January and can be added in the text using the User ID and password received upon submission; |

Should the author wish to withdraw the abstract after deadline, he will have to inform the Organizing Secretariat by email or fax. |
Although abstracts can be submitted for an oral or poster presentation, the Scientific Organizing Committee will decide on the final mode of presentation.
Poster Session
Poster Exhibition will take place inside the Congress Center. It will be open from March 18th in the afternoon (3:00pm) to March 20th in the morning (10:00am).
Poster should be brought by each single person and put up on from 10,00am to 2,00pm on 18th march and should be taken off on 20th march from 10,30am to 1,00pm.
Posters that will not be taken off by the above specified deadline will be destroyed.
Required dimensions are:
Up to 90 cm (width) - 150 cm (height)
Material for handling will be provided by the secretariat
