Prices are per night, inclusive breakfast and V.A.T.
Participants can book rooms dowloading the Reservation For (.pdf) returning it fully filled by regular e-mail or fax.
Make sure to have your reservation done by 1st October , 2010. After this date, rooms will not be guaranteed. A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation.
Guarantee/payment of hotel reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card. The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation and it will be charged only in case of no-show or cancellation as explained here below.
The payment of the total foreseen will be requested by the hotel upon check-out. The hotel will issue an invoice directly upon payment.
A reservation fee of Euro 20,00 (VAT 20% included) will be charged on the credit card upon confirmation of the booking. AIM DMC will issue an invoice for the charged reservation fee.
Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to AIM Congress. AIM DMC SRL ( Accommodation Department - Milano) reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:
- Within13 th September, 2010 a reservation fee of Euro 20,00 (VAT 20% included) will be charged
- Within 01 st October , 2010
one night accommodation will be charged
- After 01 st October , 2010 100% of the foreseen total will be charged (agency fees included)
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservations will be automatically cancelled. Any refund will be arranged 60 days from the end of the event. |
